Four decades,
one principle

Heller Kunststoffe was founded in 1979 by Manfred Heller as a sole proprietorship and grew from trading standard PVC profiles into an extrusion specialist with its own development and toolmaking. In 1998 the company moved to Hohe Straße 85 in Herborn-Seelbach; in 2016 a further production and warehouse hall was added. Today Manfred and Marco Heller manage the family business together.

1979: Founded as a sole proprietorship

Manfred Heller founds Heller Kunststoffe. Starting with simple standard PVC profiles, the young company expands its capabilities quickly: an own development department emerges, combined with in-house toolmaking. From then on PVC substitutes are processed too, because then as now the principle holds: customers get individually tailored solutions instead of catalogue goods.

1998: Move to Hohe Straße 85

The old premises become too cramped: the move to Herborn-Seelbach creates room to keep meeting customer requirements for quality and availability. The site is the company home to this day.

2016: Site extension

An additional production and warehouse hall extends the Herborn site: more space for the growing number of extrusion lines and for fabrication, while the short paths remain.

Today: Second generation, same standard

Manfred and Marco Heller manage the company together: around 50 employees, 20 extrusion lines, DEKRA-certified quality management to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and worldwide distribution. From the idea to the finished product, as on day one.
