CustomPlasticProfiles.Made in Germany.

Heller Kunststoffe manufactures custom plastic profiles, hoses and round cords by extrusion: with in-house design, in-house toolmaking and fabrication through to ready-to-install components. Around 50 employees produce on 20 extrusion lines in Herborn, Germany, and we deliver worldwide as an AEO-certified exporter. Small series are welcome.

Where our profiles work

Ten industries, one standard: the profile has to perform in your application. Every industry page shows real sample profiles from our production, not stock imagery.

Everything under one roof

Four steps, zero external interfaces: that is what makes us fast and keeps quality predictable.

    Consulting and design

Often only the function and the installation situation are known. Our design department develops the profile geometry from there and advises on material, strength, temperature resistance and flexibility. Prototypes come from our own 3D printer.

    In-house toolmaking

Several CNC-controlled wire EDM machines cut the extrusion tool to your drawing. Once the tool is finished you receive samples for trials and tests; series production starts only after your approval.
